Most of our products ship anywhere within the continental United States for a flat rate of $8.95. Our Made-to-Order Area Rugs ship within the continental United States for a flat rate of $15.
We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may be available for select items. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
How long to receive my area rug?
Each rug is thoughtfully made to order in the USA. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before tracking information becomes available. We appreciate your patience as we create your rug with care and attention to detail.
What is Chi Desert Co.'s general return policy?
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition.
What is Chi Desert Co.'s Area Rug return policy?
Please email chidesertvtg@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase to cancel, change, or update your rug order.
For returns, they are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to see if your situation qualifies for a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. Once the return is approved and received, 70% of the rug’s value will be refunded.
